On this episode we welcome Chair of the Cheshire Board of Education, Tony Perugini. We try to cover the vast unique responsibilities of the Cheshire Public Schools Board of Education as they try to make budget, staffing, facility upgrades, emotional/physical health of staff and students, cultural diversity, and staff health care decisions all under the umbrella of a national growing health pandemic. Just WOW. These are elected officials functioning on a volunteer basis to get it done. Listen in, get involved, and be a part of our increasingly successful school system that adds so much to our community health, growth, and not to mention property values. Now is the time to check out the plans for School Modernization, it’s happening, the more community input in this stage the better.
